Reading answers
Answers can include:
- formatted text, with numbers, tables and bullet points
- sources, showing the data the answer is based on, with links to the relevant pages in Vectis
- suggested follow-up questions you can select
Conversations
- New conversation starts afresh.
- Conversation history lists your past conversations, so you can carry on where you left off.
- Archive conversation removes a conversation from your list.
Within a conversation, the assistant remembers what you have already asked, so you can follow up with "What about last month?" or "Break that down by vehicle type".
On mobile, the AI chat screen offers the same conversations, so you can continue on either device.
Tips
- Give a time period: "fuel consumption this month", not just "fuel consumption".
- Name things: "How is vehicle ABC-123 performing?" or "Show Pool A utilisation".
- Compare: "Compare this month to last month" or "Which pool is most efficient?"
- Start broad, then drill down: "Show fleet overview", then "Which vehicles are out of service?", then "When is XYZ-456 expected back?"
