Booking and passenger reports
Reports on bookings that failed, passenger run sheets and passenger manifests, plus the system activity log.
These reports are under Operational and System in the Reports menu. Each takes a date range (quick ranges such as This Month, or your own From and To), runs when you select Run Report, and has an Export CSV button once there are results.
Failed Bookings
Lists bookings that were cancelled, rejected or ended as a no-show, so you can see where demand is not being met. The table shows the Vehicle, Driver, Requested Start, Requested End, Status and the Reason. If nothing failed in the period you see No failed bookings.
Passenger Run Sheet
Multi-stop pickup schedules for bookings that carry passengers. The table shows the Driver, Vehicle, Start, End, Passengers, Route (origin, waypoints and destination) and Distance.
Passenger Manifest
Bookings with listed passengers, for compliance and safety records. The table shows the Driver, Vehicle, Pool, Start, End, Passengers, Destination and Purpose.
Log Book
The trip log book for one vehicle or one driver. Choose Vehicle (Registration) or Driver, pick the vehicle or driver, set the dates and select Run Report. The table shows each booking's Vehicle, Driver, Start, End, ODO Out, ODO In, Distance and Purpose. For the other logbook reports, see Logbook and FBT reports.
Activity Log
The Activity Log under System is an audit trail of changes made in Vectis. Choose a date range and select Run Report. Each row shows the Timestamp, the Action, the Entity Type and Entity ID that changed, the User ID and the IP Address. It has no export button.
