Telematics reports
Reports built from tracker data: Fleet Overview, Trip Report, Driver Behaviour, Driver Coverage, EV Fleet and Telematics Fuel Consumption.
The telematics reports summarise what your trackers recorded: distance, trips, driving events, charging and driver identification. They only have figures for vehicles with a tracker fitted. To watch vehicles in real time instead, see Telematics & live tracking.
Find them under Telematics in the Reports menu.
Filters and exports
Five of the six reports share the same filter bar:
- A quick range (This Week, Last Month, Year to Date and so on), or your own From and To dates.
- All Pools: limit the report to one pool.
- All Vehicles and All Drivers: limit it to one vehicle or one driver, on the reports where they apply.
Select Run Report to generate it. Once there are results, Export CSV and Export PDF appear. Driver Coverage has a date range only and no export.

Fleet Overview
High-level figures for the whole fleet in the period, shown as summary cards: Total Distance, Total Trips, Tracked Vehicles, Avg Safety Score, Driving Hours, Avg Trips/Vehicle, Avg Distance/Trip, Driving Events and Crash Events. Charts below the cards break the figures down further.
Trip Report
Trips added up for each vehicle and driver. The table shows the Vehicle, Driver, Pool, number of Trips, Distance (km), Duration (hrs), Avg Speed, Max Speed and Avg Trip km. To see an individual trip on a map, use the trip history in Telematics & live tracking.
Driver Behaviour
Safety scores and driving events for each driver. A chart shows the top drivers by events, stacked by type: harsh acceleration, harsh braking, harsh cornering, speeding and idling. The table shows each driver's Score, Trips, Distance (km), counts of Accel, Brake, Corner, Speed and Idle events, and Events/100km, which lets you compare drivers who drive different distances.
Driver Coverage
Driver Coverage shows how much of each vehicle's driving time is linked to an identified driver. It matters because behaviour, trip and logbook figures can only be attributed to a driver when the driver is known.
The summary cards show Fleet Avg Coverage, Vehicles, Total Sessions and Total Duration. Sessions by Identification Method shows how drivers were identified: Beacon, Self-Declaration, Check-out or Booking. Coverage by Vehicle lists each vehicle's Total Driving time, the Attributed time, its Coverage percentage and the Methods used.
EV Fleet
Battery and charging figures for electric vehicles. A chart shows Energy Consumption by Vehicle, and the table shows each vehicle's Current SoC and Avg SoC (state of charge), charging Sessions, Energy (kWh), Avg Rate (kW), Charge Time (hrs) and Est. Range.
For a list of your electric and hybrid vehicles and how much they are used, see EV Status in Fleet and compliance reports.
Telematics Fuel Consumption
Compares the distance recorded by the trackers with the fuel records in your registers. A chart shows Fuel Usage by Vehicle (Top 15), and the table shows each vehicle's Distance (km), Fuel (L), L/100km, Transactions and Cost.
This is separate from the Fuel Consumption report under Fleet, which is described in Cost and fuel reports.
