Setting up tracking devices
Order, install and activate telematics devices so your vehicles appear on the map.
Zero-touch activation
Devices ordered through the Vectis Device Store are pre-registered to your account. Install the device and power it on. When it first reports, Vectis activates it and it appears in Telematics → Devices and on the Live Tracking map.
To order devices, open the profile menu, select My Account, then Device Store. Your orders, including each device's serial number, are on the My Orders tab.
Devices you already have
If you have a compatible device that wasn't ordered through the Device Store, contact Vectis support with its serial number and IMEI to have it registered to your organisation.
