Marketplace & integrations
Browse the Marketplace, install integrations, manage installed apps, and find the Developer portal.
Extend Vectis with third-party integrations. Browse the Marketplace, install apps, and connect your fleet management with external services. Developers can build integrations using the Partner API.
Browsing the Marketplace
Open the Marketplace from the puzzle icon in the top bar. Browse available integrations by category or search by name.
| Feature | Description |
|---|---|
| App catalogue | Browse all available integrations with their descriptions. |
| Categories | Filter by category, such as Fuel Management, RUC, Telematics, Maintenance, Insurance, Compliance, Booking and Analytics. |
| App detail page | View detailed information about each app, including what data it asks to access. |
| Search | Search the catalogue by name or keyword. |
Installing an app
Find the app
Browse or search the Marketplace to find the integration you need.
Select Install
Select Install on the app's detail page. The install wizard opens.
Review permissions
The wizard shows what data the app needs access to (API scopes). Review these carefully: for example, a fuel card integration needs access to fuel transaction data.
Grant consent
Choose the permissions to grant, then select Install Application. You can change permissions or uninstall at any time from Settings.
Configure the app
Some apps need additional setup, such as account linking or configuration options specific to the integration.
Managing installed apps
Manage your installed integrations from Settings → Marketplace Apps. Each installed app has these tabs:
| Tab | Description |
|---|---|
| Scopes | View and change the data access permissions granted to the app. |
| Webhooks | See which events the app subscribes to and view delivery history. |
| Data Sync | For integrations that import data (fuel, tolls, expenses), see sync status and the last import time. |
| Activity | Audit trail of the API calls made by the integration, with timestamps and the scopes used. |
To remove an integration, select Uninstall on the app's page and confirm. This revokes all of its access. Historical data imported by the app is kept.
For the full detail of scopes, webhooks and installations, see Partner integrations for organisation administrators.
Developer portal
The Developer portal is for integration partners who want to build apps that connect with Vectis. Open it from the profile menu in the top bar under Developer.
| Area | Description |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Register and manage your integration applications and their OAuth2 credentials, redirect URIs and scopes. |
| Documentation | GraphQL API reference with authentication guides, scope descriptions and an interactive playground. |
| Analytics | Monitor your app's API usage: request counts, error rates and rate limit status. |
| Webhooks | Test webhook delivery with sample payloads, and view event types, payload schemas and delivery logs. |
