Logbook and FBT reports

Logbook and FBT reports are in the web app under Reports. For running, exporting and scheduling reports in general, see Reports & analytics.

FBT reports#

These are under Financial in the reports menu.

FBT Summary#

Fleet-wide totals: total liability under the Statutory Method, total under the Operating Cost Method, total under the selected methods, and the savings from choosing the best method. Filter by FBT year and quarter (all year, or Q1 to Q4).

FBT by Vehicle#

Each vehicle's assessment, with the Statutory and Operating Cost methods side by side. Expand a row for the full breakdown. The recommended method is badged, and a savings column shows the difference between methods. Filter by FBT year and quarter.

FBT by Driver#

FBT across all the vehicles each driver used, based on the logbook entries attributed to them.

Logbook reports#

These are under Log Book & ODO in the reports menu.

Logbook Compliance#

A compliance grid with a row per vehicle: period status (Active, Validated, Expired or none), business use percentage, validity, number of entries, unclassified entries and odometer gaps. Statuses are colour-coded.

Logbook Detail#

Every entry in a chosen logbook period, laid out for an ATO or IRD audit. Choose the vehicle and period to see:

• entries in date order, with odometer continuity;
• the business purpose and journey type of each entry;
• running totals of business, private and total kilometres.

Export it as CSV or PDF.

Log Book#

All entries for one vehicle registration, or for one driver, within a date range.
