Cancelling your subscription
Cancel your Vectis subscription, and reactivate it before the end of the billing period.
How to cancel
Open Billing
Open the profile menu at the top right, select My Account, then Billing.
Select Cancel Subscription
In the Danger Zone at the bottom of the page, select Cancel Subscription.
Confirm
Check the date your access ends, then select Confirm Cancellation. To change your mind, select Keep Subscription.
What happens
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period. The confirmation shows the date.
- After that date, you lose access to your plan's features.
- Until then, your plan shows Cancels at period end, and you can reactivate at any time.
Reactivating
To reactivate before the end of the billing period, open My Account → Billing and select Reactivate Subscription in the Danger Zone.
