RUC report
See road user charges spend by vehicle, units bought against distance driven, gaps and overlaps between licences, and overruns. New Zealand organisations only.
The RUC report brings together your road user charges (RUC) spend and how it lines up with the distance each vehicle drove. It appears under Operational in the Reports menu, and only for organisations set up in New Zealand.
The report reads the RUC licences recorded for your vehicles. To record them, and for what gaps, overlaps and overruns mean for each vehicle, see Vehicle compliance. You can also add licences with the RUC label scan or by forwarding NZTA emails.
