Cost and fuel reports
Reports on fuel efficiency, CO2 emissions, expenses, internal charging to cost centres and lease documents.
These reports show what your vehicles cost to run and how efficiently they use fuel. The FBT reports are covered separately in Logbook and FBT reports.
Find them under Financial and Fleet in the Reports menu. Most take a date range (quick ranges such as This Month, or your own From and To) and run when you select Run Report. Expenses Last Date and Lease Snapshot have no date range.
Fuel and emissions

| Fuel Consumption | Fuel usage and efficiency for each vehicle. A Fuel Efficiency (L/100km) chart is followed by a table of Registration, Make / Model, Fuel Type, Litres, Cost, Distance km, L/100km and $/km. |
| CO₂ Emissions | Carbon dioxide emissions for each vehicle, worked out from its CO₂ rating and the distance it travelled. The table shows g/km, Distance km and Total CO₂ (kg). |
Both reports have an Export CSV button.

Expenses

| Expenses by Rego | For each licence plate, the Fuel, Tolls and Other expenses and the Total for the period. |
| Expenses Last Date | For each vehicle, the date of its Last Fuel, Last Toll and Last Expense. Select Run Report to see the latest dates. Useful for spotting vehicles with missing records. |
Internal charging
Internal Charging allocates fleet costs to your cost centres. For each cost centre it shows the Code, number of Bookings, Distance (km), Hours and the Total Charge, based on your charge-out rates and how the vehicles were used.
Lease Snapshot
Lease Snapshot lists the current lease documents attached to your vehicles: the Registration, Make / Model, Lease Title and Document Date. Select Run Report to generate it, or Export CSV to download it.
