Trip planning

Plan your journey before booking a vehicle. Set your start and destination, add stops along the way, and see the route, distance and driving time.

Creating a trip plan

Open Trip Planner
Navigate to Trip Planner in the Fleet section of the sidebar, then click New Trip Plan.
Set your start location
Enter your starting address in Origin using the address search.
Set your destination
Enter your destination address. The route is displayed on the map.
Add intermediate stops (optional)
Click Add waypoint to insert stops along your route. Stops can be reordered by dragging them in the list.
Review route details
The trip summary shows total distance, estimated driving time, and the full route on the map. Adjust stops as needed, and use Calculate Route or Recalculate Route to update the figures.

Feature	Description
Multi-stop routes	Add up to 10 intermediate stops between your start and destination. Stops can be reordered by drag-and-drop.
Routing	Routes are calculated through your stops in the order you set, using Google Maps routing.
Distance & duration	Calculation of total trip distance (km) and estimated driving time for each leg and the full route.
Trip-to-booking	Link a trip plan to a vehicle booking so the booking carries its destination, distance and driving time.
Trip plans list	View your past trip plans for reference, and search them by name, origin or destination.
