Fleet and compliance reports
Reports on odometer readings, registration renewals, vehicle replacement, insurance claims, vehicle stakeholders and electric vehicles.
These reports help you keep vehicle records complete and spot what needs attention: missing odometer readings, registrations about to expire, vehicles due for replacement, and more. They are listed under Log Book & ODO and Operational in the Reports menu.
Most have a single filter and a Run Report button, and an Export CSV button once there are results.
Odometer reports
No ODOs
Finds vehicles that have not had an odometer reading recently. Choose Days Since Last Reading (7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days; the default is 30) and select Run Report. The table shows each vehicle's Registration, Vehicle, Current ODO, Last Reading and Days Overdue. If every vehicle is up to date you see All clear!.
ODOs As At Date
Shows an estimated odometer reading for every vehicle at a date you choose. Set As at Date and select Run Report. The table shows each vehicle's Last Known ODO, the Source Date of that reading and its Source.
Registration Renewals
Lists vehicles whose registration expires soon. Set Within Days (1 to 365; the default is 90) and select Run Report. The table shows the Registration, Vehicle, Pool, Expiry Date, Days Left, Status and Document. The status is Due soon, Lapsed or On hold.
Replacement As At Date
Shows your vehicle replacement schedule at a date you choose: each vehicle's Year, Age (yrs), Odometer, whether it has been Disposed and its Status. Set As at Date and select Run Report.
Insurance Claims
Lists the accident reports and insurance claim documents filed against your vehicles in a period. Choose a date range and select Run Report. The table shows the Registration, Vehicle, Incident Date, Description, Document and who it was Uploaded By.
Vehicle Stakeholders
Shows who is responsible for each vehicle: its Pool, the Pool Manager, their Email and the vehicle Status. It has no filter. Select Run Report.
EV Status
Lists your electric and hybrid vehicles and how much they are used: Registration, Vehicle, Fuel Type, Pool, Status, Odometer, Bookings and Total km. It has no filter. Select Run Report. If you have no electric or hybrid vehicles the report says No EVs.
